Global Environmental Management Initiative
(GEMI):
The Global Environmental Management Initiative (GEMI)
was created by the Business Roundtable in 1990 and today
has 39 corporate members from more than 22 different
business sectors and develops tools to enhance EH&S
excellence and corporate citizenship. GEMI provides
a forum for corporate environmental leaders throughout
the world to work together, learn from each other through
the activities of work groups, benchmark with peers
and create tools that can be used by GEMI members and
others.

Suppliers Partnership for the Environment
(SP):
The Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP)
addresses the goals of the membership by creating new
and innovative business-centered approaches to environmental
protection that improve the environment while providing
value throughout the automobile supply chain. SP
provides a forum for small, mid-sized and large automotive
and vehicle suppliers to work together, learn from each
other and share environmental best practices. Navista
has managed SP since its creation in 2002.

Corporate Environmental Enforcement
Council (CEEC):
The Corporate Environmental Enforcement Council (CEEC)
is an organization comprised of corporate counsel and
environmental professionals from a wide range of industrial
sectors that focus on civil and criminal environmental
enforcement issues. CEEC is the only cross-industry
coalition where company legal, environmental and governmental
affairs professionals can interact and benchmark environmental
enforcement issues and policies that impact each of
us on a daily basis.

American Pet Products Association
(APPA):
The American Pet Products Association (APPA) is the
leading not-for-profit trade association made up of over 900
pet product manufacturers, their representatives, importers
and livestock suppliers. APPA's mission is to
promote, develop and advance pet ownership and the pet
products industry and to provide the services necessary
to help its members prosper.

Pet Care Trust (PCT):
The Pet Care Trust (PCT) is a non-profit, charitable,
public foundation. The purpose of The Pet Care Trust
is to help promote public understanding regarding the
value of and right to enjoy companion animals, to enhance
knowledge about companion animals through research and
education, and to promote professionalism among members
of the companion animal community.

Retail Industry Leaders Association
(RILA):
At its January 2007 meeting, RILA’s Board of
Directors established sustainability as a key component
of our strategic plan. In subsequent meetings, RILA
members expressed a strong interest in creating an organized
effort to address environmental and sustainability issues
impacting the retail industry. Members believe that
RILA can best address a number of key regulatory issues
and provide meaningful leadership in sustainable operations
for the retail industry. To that end, it created the
RILA Sustainability Initiative (RSI).
